Salad:
3 Belgian endives cut into ½ inch slices
1 very ripe Anjou, thinly sliced into bite-size pieces
3 tablespoons of grapeseed oil
2 tsp. white balsamic vinegar
½ cup of candied pecans
(Whisk together grapeseed oil into balsamic vinegar)
Toss over remaining ingredients
